Rick Crane, Co-Founder of Zagom Brands, spotted a charming beach bag that resembled Crocs and was adorned with playful Jibbitz charms. This sight sparked an idea: "Why shouldn’t dogs enjoy the same customizable fun?" Thus, Chelsea's Charm Collar was born, transforming the way pets can express their unique personalities.
